By accessing or using LOOP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
LOOP is a shared inbox and customer relationship management (CRM) platform that allows teams to manage email communications, contacts, deals, and tasks from a single interface. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with multiple plan tiers.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use another person's account without permission. You may not use a username that is the name of another person or entity, that is not lawfully available for use, or that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on your chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual).
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Free plan is subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits at any time. Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to data archival or deletion with prior notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). By submitting Customer Data, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Upon cancellation of a paid subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, your workspace data may be archived. Permanent deletion of data requires an explicit written request to our support team. We will complete deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
The Service and its original content (excluding Customer Data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DevNasCode and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevNasCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
